Over the Top Roofing & Property Maintenance was built from the ground up—quite literally—by a team passionate about quality workmanship, honest service, and taking pride in a job well done.

Our journey began over 20 years ago, when our founder started out as an apprentice roofer in Leinster, Ireland. Working alongside seasoned professionals, he learned not just the technical skills of roofing, but also the value of integrity, reliability, and building lasting relationships with customers. Over the years, this hands-on experience developed into a deep understanding of all aspects of roofing—from traditional slate and tile work to modern flat roofing systems.

After years of working for other companies and seeing how often corners were cut or customer service was overlooked, the decision was made to launch Over the Top Roofing & Property Maintenance. The goal was simple: to provide top-tier roofing services with a personal, honest approach that homeowners and businesses could trust.

From day one, our reputation has been built on word of mouth, repeat customers, and the quality of our work. We don’t believe in “quick fixes” or rushed jobs—we take the time to do things right, using only high-quality materials and upholding the highest standards of craftsmanship.

Today, we’re proud to serve communities across Leinster, offering a full range of services including new roof installations, repairs, guttering, flat roofing, and regular maintenance. We’ve also expanded into property maintenance, helping clients keep their entire homes and buildings in top shape—not just the roof.
